Tout était au dela de nos attentes - l'environnement des jardins magnifiques, le confort des chambres, la qualité du dîner au menu, la gentillesse du personnel, la piscine couverte accueillante;

Par rapport au petit déjeuner: on aurait préféré des croissants non sucrés. Ce serait utile d'avoir une chaise dans la salle de bain et des portes serviettes.

Real authenticity and greater attention to detail would improve the experience. I would recommend looking at the immaculate job done within the Pestana Pousadas de Portugal chain for inspiration.

Beautiful location, kind staff, clean, delicious food

Because of the energy saving it was some Celsius grade colder than it should be, it was especially annoying the water in the swimming pool. I understand the saving, but I think if I pay this amount, I shoud feel at least comfortable

The room with a great view, the bed very comfortable, the sauna in the bathroom was relaxing. The staff was very kind, helped us clarify a parking penalty, speaking in Hungarian with the authorities.

Super breakfast and dinner.

The music by the pool did not suit me, it was unpleasant and rumbling. The young man at the pool bar responded to my remarks, but it was not comfortable for me, the music had a sound-box-like rumble effect and perhaps did not disturb the bartender, but at the end of the pool it was tiring and not in keeping with this pleasant place. This is the only drawback of the stay.

Wellness, very tasty food, beautiful scenery, beautiful castle, big trees, Szilvásvárad itself and kisvasút. Nice staff.

There was a door between two rooms, and we have heard the neighbours. It was not good for privacy.
