Great location, very clean, kind staff. It was in a great part of town and we felt very safe.

The place has a very nice location (i stayed there before but on another flat). It is clean, safe and modern

The room I was showed on the pictures when I booked was not the one I was given. I complained and nothing was done. My room was on the ground floor facing the street so the curtains had to be closed the whole time and it was very noisy at night

The location and the apartments were really good. The place is located right in the heart of Lastarria, and the first one we've got had the window facing the busy street, so, if you have trouble with noises at night, add a note to pick an apartment that does not face that street. The rooms were spacious and neat.

Well, unfortunately, we had bad luck with our staying. First, we got an apartment that the bedroom was facing the loud Lastarria street, so at night it was hard for me to rest and sleep. Besides that, the staff was really nice and quick to change the apartments, since we were having issues to sleep. Then, we'd got a second place that was great excepts that there was no hot water to shower for many days. So now, we weren't able to shower. Again, the staff was great to reaccommodate us but this time into a Hotel room that is located within the reception. So we could finally have a nice stay. Be aware that there is no elevator in the hotel as it is an older building.

Lots of space and good location. The lady at reception was wonderful and very helpful.

Can't think of much. There isn't a lift but that wasn't a problem for us s our luggage didn't arrive!

Perfect location. Great apartment modernised in an older building. Nice and warm, everything we need, steps from the Metro and many restaurants and cafes. Quiet with the double glazed windows. Loved this place

The location was excellent. When we needed help (twice) tuning in classical music on the TV and the cleaning/reception staff were unable to assist they immediately called Jose Luis and each time he was there within minutes. All staff very friendly, kind and helpful

No cutting board in the kitchen. No detailed instructions on how to operate the TV.

Perfect location and very polite staff. The interior of the room was also beautiful. It was clean and tidy.

The only issue was that the room close to the entrance is not well sound isolated. Also there were no windows at all but for a short stay this was not a problem.
