Fiori Apartments

Location was great, close to railway station, buses, shopping precinct, cafes and hotels. Parking was great and reasonably priced. Apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped, comfortable bed, air conditioned, smart tv, large bathroom with tub and separate shower, also a full laundry. Great veranda off the living area and bedroom. Staff very helpful.

Reviews mentioned the smell of curry throughout the building and you could definitely smell it but it was not as bad as the reviews made out. No smells in the apartment at all. Reviews also mentioned outdated and worn decor, poor paintwork etc etc…however, it did not detract from the comfort or value for money.

The friendly service of the staff

The room. Very basic. Crammed sleeping area. No lounge. TV aerial didn't work. Terrible view, kept the curtains shut. The verandah lookrd dirty. Kitchen lacked a cooking pot, egg flipper. Dishwasher unit fell out of the cupboard when I filled it. Shower curtain in bathroom. No spare toilet paper.

Location. The room was well appointed and had everything you needed but was very unclean. There was also a leaking tap and the air conditioner leaked.

Firstly, I got abused and threatened by a tenant of the property while trying to enter the carpark - the instructions provided didn’t work. Not a great start. The room itself was very unclean and in need of some repair. The walls were filthy, the carpets were stained. The bathtub tap leaked and it appears to have been leaking for some time as there was calcium stain down it. The air conditioner in the bedroom leaked - not surprising as the hoses appeared to be held in place with duct tape. I turned it off and used the main AC on the other side of the wall and then that also started making water pour out of the bedroom unit. The skirting boards under the aircon in the bedroom were swollen and cracked so I can only assume it’s also been leaking for some time.
