Staff were brilliant - accessible most of the day and when they weren't onsite they were very responsive via WhatsApp! The room was spacious and clean. The pool area was also super clean and beautiful! The hotel is within 100m of taxi rank and probably a 5 -7 Min walk to Cala Llonga beach. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN IN FUTURE!!! :-)
We booked last minute and knowingly opted for the final room which was a bunk bed room. We knew that was the case and the room was fully functional and clean but I'd say the room was far more dated that the pictures online for the other rooms. I want to state - It did not spoil our holiday at all! (after all, the room is just where we sleep and it was clean and tidy) but that room didn't have the same look as the photos. This room just needs a refurb at some point.

our apartment was clean, bright and had everything we needed for our week away. Everyone was so helpful and there whenever you needed them. A really lovely feel to the place .. good vibes

our room could have been cleaned better under beds. we had an ant problem on two occasions perhaps due to floor substances.

The property was amazing we stayed in apartment 5 and it was so private. the apartment was clean and had all the facilities needed. we travelled as a party of 2 adults and 4 children 8-12yr olds. The pools was lovely and clean although little cold but that’s expected this time of year. it’s close to beach and summer market. Staff are amazing always saying hello and happy to help. We def will be returning.

Lovely place overall. Check in was quite stressful as the owner wanted an exact time and I couldn't give him one. Apartment was nice, with decent kitchen. bathroom was lovely. It was cleaned regularly which was great. Great location in a lovely town. Recommended, with some caveats.
Beds shook when someone got in or out or turned over. I missed the coffee machine that was advertised.

I liked the outdoor pool area. Very comfy and nice to hang. The owner was very friendly as well and the guests respectful & nice. There is a parking right in front so that was convenient as well.
I was staying in the shared room. If you were staying in the shared room, there wasn't really a place for you to hang out besides the pool area. However, if it rained, or it was cold, there wasn't really anywhere to go, especially cause the room barely had any Wi-Fi.

Super friendly host! Great facilities for a dorm room, all neat and clean. Lovely outside area and pool. Good location and calm at night. Definitely a recommendation!

A few things needed attention in the
apartment but overall couldn’t fault the
room and it did not affect out stay.
Good location and a short walk to the beach.
Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants close
by.
No aircon but fans available, quite unbearable
heat in August but that’s not the fault of the
apartments!
There is a bar right at the front of the
complex which plays loud music until late so
you are unable to sleep, seems a little silly
especially when the house rules state quiet
time after 10pm. I think it’s quite important
guests are aware of this so they can decide
if it will impact their stay if looking for quiet
evenings.

The room we stayed in was a dorm, meant for four people in total. It was very clean, there was air conditioning available and we had access to a lovely pool and outdoor area all day! The staff was extremely attentive and kind to us during our stay and were a great help in poiting us to good places to visit. All in all, exceeding our expectations for a hostel by far!

Host was very helpful and friendly. Absolutely great value for the money, taking into account prices in Ibiza. Close to the beach, plenty of the shops and restaurants nearby.

Really helpful nice man that worked there really knowledgeable and helpful the pool was fab and it was totally empty at times
The only issue we have with it is it did not have air-conditioning this was advertised and we knew that and we thought it would not be a problem but because it was so hot it is very uncomfortable without Aircon!!

It was amazing! Everything was clean,
comfortable, the staff is very friendly - they
helped me a lot and made my stay even better.
The beach is really close. Rooms, bathrooms and
the pool are clean, the yard is full of flowers and
palm trees 🙂
And it was very cheap for such a good hostel!
It’s kinda far from the city centre, the last bus
departs at 20:30, so most probably you will need
to go with a taxi (~18€). But it does worth it,
taking in consideration that you save a lot of
money choosing Cana Sofia Apartments 😌

The host was very welcoming and helpful. Situated nice and close to the beach and the town's amenities. Would recommend for a work-away trip or some time outside the noisy partof the island.
Fans provided to combat the heat were adequate but the rooms would benefit from airconditioning certainly.

This was perfect for me as it was just so lovely and quiet. Guests were respectful of each other’s spaces, the pool was the perfect size and everything about it was great.
Maybe an iron and ironing board in the rooms would be a nice touch for creased clothes out the bag. But I didn’t ask the reception for it so maybe they had one on request 🙂
