The worst service I have ever had. Starting from check-in. They have lost my reservation and hotel was fully booked. Fortunately there was on the stop list without TV. They don’t know what is taxi service. They tried to find service from Facebook with the fastest taxi after 40 min. Very poor breakfast. Nothing to eat except fried eggs. Room was not really clean also. Please don’t book this hotel.

Staff are excellent! From the lobby guard to the front desk to the housekeeping team. They are welcoming, accommodating and super helpful. The level of hospitality is that of a 5-star hotel. A+ customer experience!

Facilities are a bit old, but location is very nice. Breakfast can be improved.

Very good for business and solo travellers. Only on resto available alongside. The place is old but very clean. The price quite expensive for me maybe because I booked on the day. Still commended the staff are very friendly and accommodating specially the front desk 11-11-22.

Location was very quiet and cozy. Had ample parking space and the rooms were decent. It's a short drive from Tagaytay and the location is easy to find.

If only rooms had electric kettle and mugs ready to use.

They served packed breakfast; no complimentary shampoo, conditioner and bottled water.
