Loved the gardens. Friendliness of the staff. Location was great. Wonderful restaurants very close by. Walkway to the beach right across the road. Bed really comfy

Room was very smelly upon entering but quickly freshend up. Bathroom a bit under par but ok

The housekeeping staff were excellent the room was comfortable the TV was good after it was retuned

When I arrived I was shown a room with the shower in a bath I cannot climb into a bath when I stated this a guy came around to the room and said I had to pay extra to have a room I have had before. I refused to pay anything more eventually I got the room without any extra cost . I have stayed there many times in the past and will now have to think before I book again also the cost is going up I am 77 years old and have had a broken hip which is why I can't climb into a bath also when I walked into reception I was using a stick which should have made it obvious I could not climb into a bath

Three pools were amazing. Spa ladies were incredible. Always friendly staff. Breakfast ok

The towels didn't look very clean. sweeping outside room early in the morning. Property needs some TLC.

I can’t believe good reviews. tired and worn out. breakfast room depressing. couldn’t wait to leave. just awful.

Second time at this property. Last time was before Covid. Noticed that all rooms had external hand sanitiser at entry doors. Staff were always friendly & smiling. Breakfast is very basic but I knew what to expect & so not disappointed. Bed was hard & pillows could have been softer but this is a budget property. The aircon was good & we had requested a ground floor unit which the management supplied. This unit was situated very close to one of the 3 pools on the property, literally 10 metres from the pool edge, which was great for me. The property is located virtually in the centre of Jalan Danau Tamblingan & directly opposite Jln Pantai Kerang, one of the 3 lanes leading to the beach. There are a number of very good restaurants within a few metres of the property.

My only concern was the strange set up in the room regarding the bathroom. In the bathroom proper, there was the standard shower toilet & bath. Just outside the bathroom door was the washbasin but there was nowhere to hang a hand towel near this basin. I constantly had to re enter the bathroom to access my bath towel which in addition to a pool towel was the only 2 towels supplied, so this could have been improved with the addition of a hand towel per guest.

Outstanding staff, great swimming pools and mature gardens. The Swastika is an old favourite and we'll be back.
