Pools are fantastic and the rooms are large with comfortable beds. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Its quite a walk to the beach but what else do you have to do while hanging out in Bali? We always had a massage and a shop on the way back from the beach.
The shower holder wasn't stable but the guys came and fixed it immediately.

Stayed in a second story room near to the pool at reception end and it was a good size and very quiet. The reception pool is the nicer of the two, but the restaurant end pool was still nice. Staff were fine and accommodating. Didn’t eat at restaurant but it was packed when we walked through with a great vibe!
We might have heard a bit of bass noise from the music coming from bar/restaurant but nothing major so apart from that it was a great stay!

In a very central spot, beautiful pools, and grounds very well maintained and don’t forget the swim up bar.

Spa staff exceptional. Pool was nice.
When we stayed there was a large family staying together they were very inconsiderate in regards to the pool and noise at night when coming and going. Found it hard to relax and we left early to find someone quiet.
