Aqua Park was really nice The pools were good, especially for children, and the beach was not bad

Read and trust the other reviews: the food is really terrible! It's like eating at a really bad canteen. The rooms are OK, the Waterpark would be nice to use if it was summer time. Entertainment really sucks big time. Kids club is constantly closed. Our child could never use it. The service is medium.. They sometimes try to help and other times they just don't feel for it.. All in all: worst all inclusive I have been to!

The food is not good, everything is bad, the hygiene is very bad, the lineup is very bad, everything is bad. For your information, this is the second time I go to your place, but there is a difference from the age of 18 to the age of 22. A huge difference

The soap and shampoo is only in dispensers. The rooms are old. The bed, sofa and chairs are very old and should be replaced. Expected more from a 4-5 star hotel. There are many cakes but they don't taste good. They are not all fresh

The hotel commodities were super nice, the staff was also nice! The aqua park was super cool for an hotel as well but they close at lunch time.

The hotel was full of Egiptian people which I didn't expect but what makes me uncomfortable was their behavior at the restaurant and the waste of food they do was impressive! Also the beach wasn't with real sand.

We liked the sea, Aqua Park, the garden is so beautiful 😍. In general the hotel is very beautiful and we got a beautiful room with a great location. The price is also very okay for most of the things you get.

I didn't like the fact that I received the bracelet for Egyptians (no Alcohol included) even though I am foreigner and the room was booked on my name. It wasn't nice from Hawaii Garden. The receptionist was saying that my room did not include Alcohol but I guess that they did that because my wife is Egyptian. I don't really believe their excuses. Any other hotels we went to (4 star hotels even worse than Hawaii) gave us the bracelet for foreignners without any comment or discussion. Only at Hawaii Garden you get this treatment. However, my stay was short so it did make me feel like I lost a lot. In the restaurant I requested to take a small whole pomegranate and the chef refused, saying that he can only give me cut. I said I want to take it whole and he was really scared to give me and started to look around so no one can see him when he gives me, then I said it's fine 🙃 it's okay in a way that I will not die without your pomegranate(I don't as well to create him issues). In general, the food got really worse from the last time we visited Hawaii Garden, especially breakfast. The room's bathroom wasn't clean, or probably was cleaned but still was very dirty, rusty tap, hair in the shower, I will not go ahead saying. Animation staff looked bored and not full of energy and vitality. I guess the management has to pay more attention to many things there. Please take my feedback as constructive not insulting. I am sharing my experience only. We love that hotel and we certainly wanna visit it again but we want to see improvements.

location was ok, not far from city Center.

rooms were not cleaned properly, also the whole way in entire floor where I stayed was very dirty, full of used mattresses and used food plates. when I asked for room change we had to wait 4 hours to get another room, and it was just as uncomfortable as well. very load music is turned on throughout the entire facility since morning till late night, makes impossible to rest or relax. buffet selection is very poor, never enough for the number of guests dining and we had to wait in line always to get our choices. the staff at the restaurant always seemed frustrated and unfriendly maybe cause of the high crowd, and although it’s open buffet but chefs at buffet were taking control of meals distribution giving each guest their meals at if was charity event not open buffet.

1-Room Quality in terms of housekeeping does not match the amount paid, I had to escalate to have bed sheets replaced, shampoo and shower gel availed, same for towels 2-Awkwardly, the daily serving of food at the restaurant is same type of meat and kofta , and for chicken there are NO chicken breast at all! Drinks are awful!! 3-Breakfast could be easily said to be NOT existent, i would rather go out of the hotel and buy my own breakfast! 4-Most of the staff know nothing about hospitality business!!! 5-Very crowded and restaurant and other facilities capacity does not match with the hotel rooms occupancy. 6-Very awkward statements made clear like " Pool and Beach Towels are served once a day" , "Room Cleaning Does not take place daily and it is the guests' responsibility" and above all "NO REFUND"
