Hotel Brasov

Good room size, clean, easy access, good location, breakfast good, nice shower

No kettle in the room

Breakfast ok but the cereals could have been more exciting. In fact same breakfast every day was boring. Hotel quite a long walk from the center but close enough to railway station. Taxis cheap and local transport made it easy to travel around the brasov area. Plenty of eating places in Brasov and reasonably priced. A lovely base to explore from.

Breakfast could be more variety. Same everyday. Fridge in room barely cold. Only sport on tv.

The price was right and my room was huge. Breakfast was okay. Not much else.

The location was much further out of the center of Brasov than I expected - a 30-minute walk to get there. My room faced the street, which could be quite loud at times and it was hard to pull my curtains all the way closed to block out the street light. Really don't like the whole automated entrance and no staff on site 24/7. I would prefer to have someone available if I have questions about things related to the city or if I encounter issues with my room. My AC didn't seem to work - the fan blew but it remained quite humid. It seemed to just be circulating air instead of cooling it but there was no way to let someone know about the issue. Only one outlet far from the bed was incredibly annoying. And the refrigerator didn't work at all to keep drinks cold.
