The staff was very polite with the willingness to help and respond to our needs. The building is a beautiful old house in a very nice location, close to the airport, to the city and to the sea.
Despite it is a hotel, the reception is not 24h.
The bathroom faucets are very old.

The location, the staff, the pool. The historic building. The help with some tourism.
The breakfast was somewhat stale on the first day, not much fresh fruit available, coffee not very nice. It was difficult to get a clear idea of the facility use, however it must nave been a communication problem. I almost missed an excellent local museum due to a lack of information. The accommodation needs a bit of work- fixtures floors and fittings tired.

The staff were excellent, they couldn’t do enough for us.
Our room, in one of the cottages, was very tired and the stairs to the mezzanine were a safety hazard.

Room size, breakfast was diverse, layout of the hotel
There were few issues with the room. But the most serious one was the lack of mosquito’s net in the main room which resulted in lots of bites to all of us. As well as many dead ones all over the walls and ceiling. Everything felt stale in this hotel
