Apartment was fine and swimmingpool area was excellent. Location is also ok, 10 min walk to the beach and free parking always available in front of the apartments.

Good things: Pool was okay but very crowded in the afternoon. Hotel refunded 50% of the cost as compensation for our stay. Reception ladies were polite and apologetic. --------- Bad things : (continuing..) and it would inconvience us further, so they rebooked at a later time I assume. On 14th Aug, they brought us a portable AC, which solved the heat issue, but didn't solve noise / mosquito issue as we had to leave balcony door open (see photo). Basically we had 4 days to relax and we were totally tired and irritated because of our constant lack of sleep (and especially having that with a small child of 5 yo). I regretted not leaving from the 1st day, but I was hoping it would be resolved as they kept promising us. Old moldy bathroom (see photos) and kitchen. Unclean kitchenware (see photos). Broken door frames (see photos). Bed mattress was uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, we just had the worst experience of our travels with an apartment. Let me just begin that we travelled there in the middle of August when the weather is terribly hot (36-37 C) and humid. That was with my wife and my 5 year old kid. On arrival (12 Aug) we picked up the keys and went out. On return reception was closed and when we tried to open the aircondition it wouldn't work. We opened the balcony door / windows but a) there were no nets in the windows/door so we were attacked by mosquitoes, b) the noise from the people talking in the other balconies and especially the nearby central road was unbearable, c) the temperature was still very hot. As a result, we had our first sleepless night, but we stayed positive and figured this would be resolved the next day. We informed them via text that it was not working, they asked for permission to enter the room and fix this, so we assumed when we'd return it would be fixed so no harm. In our surprise it was still not working. We informed the reception again to which we got the reply that the company that fixes the AC works until 17.00 and they are trying to fix it on the same day (we informed them way before 17.00 of course). I asked for a room change but they were fully booked so they couldn't do anything. I waited until 8.45 to go to the reception, where the lady told me she was just about to inform me. Again we slept without AC. Next day morning (14 Aug), I asked in the reception, they ensured me that it will be fixed today. I asked for a refund, which they agreed to (and I indeed received my 50% off a few hours later). Later in the afternoon we were informed via text that because of the upcoming holiday (15th Aug), the service company could only arrive after 2 days (16th Aug), which was the day of our checkout. They booked the service visit at 8.30-9.00 on our checkout day and I had to inform them that at the time, we'll be checking out of the room anyway... (continue above)...

Outdoor spaces including swimming pool were very well maintained. Very clean and staff were very visible around the units. Aircon worked well

Kitchen was a little undersupplied - no oven trays or small sharp knives. Some furniture was a little worn and uncomfortable.

Great location, close to the beach and supermarket/bus station. 25-30 min by bus to BCN airport.Family friendly,we love the pool very much! The terrace is large and private. We feel at HOME. Kitchen was nicely equiped-everything you needed was there.

We stayed for a week we expecting for a housekeeping twice a week-instead of once a week for a 6 person. The mattress is too lumpy and uncomfortable. We heard sounds from the bed frame like wire.

Fast and good communication with the receptionist and very helpful regarding our transport!very good place to stay with 4 small children,super friendly for kids who are smalls,they love the swimming pool..lovely air-conditioning...only the WiFi sometimes is on and off...but very minor....the room is clean..we have our own balcony and roof top.very nice views on top of our apartment...over all super love it and we enjoyed our 9 days stayed with them...kids also loves the toys given to them upon our arrival..thank you for all the wonderful staff specially all the receptionists... ❤️☺️

Staff were fantastic and allowed us early entry without qualms. Pool was excellent and access was uninhibited.

Really clean well kept apartments in a lovely location. We had the pool to ourselves during our stay. Apartment had everything you could need for your stay, fridge freezer, cooker and hob, dishwasher and washing machine
