The property manager was very responsive, staff were very friendly. They clean the room every day. The room had a beautiful view and I loved that the room had a kitchen area and cooking utensils. Parking was easy, it was very close to the beach and the main Plakias town area. Each room has a balcony, but only half face the water, so it's a gamble if you'll get a good view or not.

The bed was way too firm, it was very challenging to sleep. Shower was small and kept making a huge mess on the floor every time I took a shower.

Very clean and very well equipped. Perfect directions for finding the place. Excellent and quiet location, with fantastic view, close to the beach and clear blue water. The owner Manolis was very friendly and helpful, I instantly felt at home. I had a really nice balcony where I could sit to eat and drink wine.

Very well equipped, lots of kitchen stuff for cooking. Apartment was cleaned every day. Lovely views over the sea and cliffs. Easy walk to village where there are lots of tavernas and supermarkets, although the resort is fairly low key.

The only minus would be building work in progress very close to the apartments, although obviously this will end! Unfortunately Plakias is expanding and at risk of over development.

Cosy studio with a nice view-balcony. Air conditioned. 1min to supermarket, 5min to the beach, 15 min walk to city center. Location for us was great. Everything was uncomplicated.

It was very windy and the two doors (entry and balcony) weren't that dense, so there was an annoying draft. Air condition right upon the bed, bad position for sleep. Kitchen outfit was poor (no salt, pepper, soap,dishliquid, garbage bags etc.), on whole could be a bit more basic.

Host was very helpful. Nice balcony. Good location which is close to beach. Private parking. Good connection to internet though Wi-fi. A lot of space in rooms.

Small friger. Neighbors from both sides were always smoking. Smoke of cigarettes was disturbing and was always in my room. Would be nice if smoking were prohibited in entire house.

Everything. Excellent place to stay for a couple. Great location and wonderful views from the balcony.
