charming and helpful hosts and spacious apartment. very quiet and comfortable

The hosts were just lovely. Greeted with iced coffee and home made biscuits plus little gift of pot of own made honey and miniature bottle of olive oil both of which were wonderful. Host also dropped off home made cake on one of the apartment cleaning days

These are four apartments and unfortunately the one at the front doesn't really have a sit out space outside ( even thought the host advised we could use the seating further in to the garden, it didn't really work very well as you feel as though you are intruding on the other apartments). This was also the same for the pool, however as you are so close to the sea its really only a very small issue and the balconies are lovely

the owners were very friendly and extremely helpful , they provided us with all the info we needed to see the things we were interested in. mid way through the stay the wife baked a nice desert for us which we thought was a lovely touch.

I can’t say that we did not like something, I would just mention / clarify the property was ideal for a family of 4 rather than 2 different couples , for the sole reason that there is only 1 bathroom and only the bedroom upstairs has a wardrobe, the bedroom downstairs is open plan has no storage for clothes , no privacy , so 4 members of the same family would not struggle with this but for 2 different couples it was a bit challenging. The apartment had 2 toilets though so that was helpful I must say. We still had a great time in the end because we were with close friends so all these little details were not an issue and everything was new and as I have said before, the hosts were very keen and ready to help .

We had such a wonderful stay and the owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome, helping us with our plans and even popping iced coffees up to us when we had to work a little during the trip. The place was perfectly equipped and really well located (only a few minutes walk) for the beach. We’d highly recommend!

Beautiful big apartment with everything you could possibly need including a washing machine. I loved that we didn’t need the AC on a night as we could leave the many screened windows open that allowed a breeze through. The owner was so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. She even gifted us some of her own honey from her bee hives.

Santa Emelia is a row of four apartments with living room and kitchen on the ground floor, and bedroom and bathroom on the upper floor. Ground floor also has guest toilet and a balcony, while upper floor has two balconies. Kitchen is well equipped (stove, fridge, no dishwasher), but its size is just enough for four people. Living room is large and comfortable, and due to thick walls cool even when outside is over 30C. Bathroom is very large. It col use more light, but it is functional. It also has washing machine. Bedroom has access to two balconies, large twin bed, and single bed. Floors are made from stone, that helps cool it during the summer, but you should be careful on the stairs, as they can be slippery. Apartments share courtyard and its amenities, small pool (quite deep), barbecue, swing etc. Location is on the quiet side street, some 5 minutes form Vasiliki beach and 10 minutes from Vasliliki centre. Main supermarket is some 500m away, and is well stocked.

Perfect location and very friendly service.

We had a great time. The property is very nice and the owner is helpful and kind. The beach in Vasiliki is ok, with sandy beach and windy afternoons, perfect for water sports. But at 15 minutes drive you can find one of the most amazing beaches in the world: Porto Katsiki. In is ranked nr. 3 in the Mediterranean and 6 in the world. It is really breath-taking.
