The staff were very hospitable and it was easy to communicate with them. The room in our room wasn't working but we were able to get a hold of the E-Butler on WhatsApp and their responses were very prompt. We forgot our keys somewhere else and the staff were accomodating, allowing us to borrow their spare key for the day.

The location was a little far from Canggu and Seminyak and accessibility was difficult. If you searched it on Grab, the location of Adepa is in Kerobokan and not Canggu. To catch a Grab Car it would take us 20-30 mins to get somewhere in Canggu and Seminyak because cars could only travel one way. Grab Bikes were faster. The bins were also a little, either in the toilet or outside by the pool and we had to ask for an extra bag to throw things in.

It is a lovely, quiet, secluded place with very good service, staff is very friendly and do their best, special thanks goes to Jesica. It looks better than on the pics, and more specious, swimming pools are clean and also bigger than I thought. Towels are excellent with a wonderful scent 😍
