Communication with the hotel, online from the very beginning of making the reservation, was excellent. When we arrived at 7am on Sunday morning the manager was there to check us in. The room was clean and comfortable. We especially liked that there was a nook with a single bed in it so our 17yr old daughter had her own area. ALL staff were friendly and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better start to our trip to SE Qld that we got at Airport Ascot Motel!

It was convenient to everything
The bathroom on the family room has no facilities to cater for toiletries, Shower curtain was too high, no division between toilet and showers, therefore water splash on the floor and get wet. I realized that it was cater for wheelchair, but shelving would be nice.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Handy to what we needed to do.
The table base was all rusty. The chairs dug into your legs and were uncomfortable. No toaster. No microwave. The bed was very basic.
