Our hostess made our trip special and unforgettable. She is so caring and helpful and gave us loads of tips and advice for our week in Dubrovnik. The accommodation is well located, and it was clean and well equipped. It is a shared bathroom but it's very clean and it didn't bother us at all.
We liked everything.

Crazy good location in general, its nice and quiet
Just the sharing bathroom, even though it was very very clean and I didn’t have actual issues

I had a wonderful stay at Nikolina Rooms (was the best place I stayed on my trip)! The hostess was so thoughtful and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the shared bathroom was always clean.

The owner acted very welcoming and she was like a grandma to us. She got us some fruits from the market and she tried to help and come to say hi and bye. The location was nice and just couple of minutes walk to the bus stop. There is few restaurants around the area and a market if you wanna buy some food
It was a few steps uphill. It can be challenging with luggage. There is no kitchen in the facility so it was not possible to prepare anything. So just be aware that if you want a kitchen access you need to book the mini apartment and do not expect to have shared kitchen
