A 10/10 experience. The hotel was great, service at reception was excellent, the fact that it is by the beach and they have the chairs you can you can use it’s a plus!

Staff is very nice and helpful. Varied foods for breakfast, more opportunities for vegans. Perfect caffee in the bar. Can admire the seas during breakfast.

Location is great. Seaside with private beach and bar if needed a drink or small snack. Downtown and seaside bars and restaurants are about 10 min walk. Port to Ballos is 5min with car and Fallasarna is 20min. Parking nearby if you renting a car. Great local hospitallity and cousine. Highly recommended.

Staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast had variety for 3 days and was warm and delicious. Beach was clean and organized. Highly recommend to everyone!

The reception staff was very nice and helpful.

We had booked a garden view room but our room had a parking/street view.It was changed after complaining with the staff after 3 days of stay. We were not the only customers who had this problem and changed room. I suggest the managment to separate rooms into sea/garden/back view with different prices in order to avoid these problems. There was no shampoo or shower gel, a 4 star hotel should have them.

We really enjoyed our staying at this hotel. The room was very clean, the staff friendly. The breakfast was amazing. The beach is very close to the hotel, with fine sand and slightly deep waters, very suitable for children and those who do not know how to swim. You can also snorkel, the waters being very clear. The beach is quiet, there is no background music. The hotel also has a bar with a terrace with green grass, from where you can also order on the beach. We have spend a memorable and wonderful time at the hotel. Highly recommend it!

The location is perfect, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the was tasty and in great variety, everything in the hotel was very clean!

The size of the room was great, and the balcony was lovely and wide and sunny.

The decor was a little dated feeling, and there was an ants nest in the bathroom

Hotel is located at the beautiful beach in Kissamos offering free sunbeds to guests, pool is spacious and very clean, we haven't used it, since sea is just few meteres away. Room that we had was very big with a small kitchen space, big wardrobe, everything is very clean and lovely. The staff of the hotel is extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. The part of the beach of the hotel is located at the very end of the beach and seperated by the rocks which creates a mini-bay, so even if it's windy and waves are big, you can still swim in this part of the beach, that's a huge plus. Breakfast was buffet style, very various, with fruits and many types of fresh jams avaliable, pastry was specifically great, and a very tasty coffee. Kissamos is a great location itself to explore the western part of the Crete with the car! The most beautiful beaches are just 20-60 min away driving, as well as Chania city and its beautiful Botanical Garden. Highly recommend both the location and the Molos Bay Hotel. Thanks a lot for the lovely stay!

Everything was very good overall, and if to mention something regarding the minuses, the only one that I can think of (which also was not crucial to us at all and should not be on the amazing island vacation) is wi-fi speed is a bit slow.

Comfortable. Very nice pool and direct access to the beach with bar. Easy to park for free in front to the hotel. Nice location nearby several restaurants 10 minutes walking.

Breakfast should be better. No fresh juice. Very limited options. I was expecting more. Also not possible to have lunch and dinner.

Such kind and helpful staff. Gave us lots of recommendations, helped book tours and taxis and generally made us feel at home. Comfy room, tasty breakfast, perfect sized pool for a relaxing dip. Great location, too. Right on the beach front and just a short stroll to restaurants. Can’t think of a better place to base yourself in Western Crete - we’ll be back!

Genuinely nothing could be improved. We had a great time at Molos Bay hotel.
