Clean, comfy, workers good and good price

Food is not special and entertainment is not good

absolutely loved my stay. The resort was beautiful, relaxing, and had everything I needed for a perfect vacation. The atmosphere, facilities, food, beach, and overall experience were wonderful. A very special thank you to Arandes at the reception. He was incredibly welcoming, professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. He always made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of, and his hospitality made my stay even more memorable. I truly felt like a valued guest.

Nothing in particular. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and left with very happy memories. I would definitely love to come back again.

We have stayed at other Egyptian hotels before, but compared to those, this hotel is 8++ stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We were already amazed when we entered the room. There were so many nice little details: toiletries such as a toothbrush, shaving kit, washing sponge and comb, in addition to the usual shower gel and shampoo. The fruit plate was a very nice gesture, and the minibar was also included in the room price and could be used freely. These little details were extremely thoughtful. The service was truly all-inclusive when it came to the food, drinks and service. The food was varied and very delicious. The staff were very kind and attentive! The garden is beautiful and very well maintained, and the rooms are clean. The marine life is absolutely amazing and incredibly rich. Every afternoon, we could go snorkeling, even from the end of the pier. In the mornings, there were so many different kinds of fish and other sea life right near the beach. We would come back anytime, and we definitely will! Thank you for everything! ❤️

The switch on the headboard is located under the pillow. Several times during the night, when we turned over, we accidentally switched the light on. It would be better to place the switch on top of the headboard, rather than under the pillows.

Reception staff were friendly. Buffet was really good. Location near the sea and airport was nice.

Not 5 star hotel. Room and facilities were old and not well cared for. Quite dirty.
