Bangkok Patio BTS Sanam Pao

Great location. Near restaurants and public transport. Big size rooms, comfortable bed and also sofa. Nice functional kitchen. The knife for cutting was dull, but we easily sharpened it using the underside of the ceramic plates. Staff was very friednly and helpful. Cloth washing was easily done on the second floor, and their machines had a nice quick wash option which took only 30 minutes. (you really don't need to use the long wash program unless you are in construction work anyways) Good space for parking our rental car. Nice view from the windows. The pool had a good size and I enjoyed. The room also had an iron and ironing table.

Nothing not to like about this place

They upgraded me to a double room with two bedrooms & bathrooms too. Loved it had free laundry, and nice workout room and pool area. Liked that it had Amazon Prime. There were plenty of 7eleven around the area, The Lawson 108 and Villa Market not really all that far from Bangkok Patio to get your groceries. I never noticed any bugs. THANKS!

I mentioned several times about the main room Air conditioner was not working. They insisted it did. If a customer states something doesn’t work and you feel it does, take the time to show them why you think it does work. Being several times they notified you of this issue their has to be a reason for it.

Receptionists are very helpful and attentive. Two lovely bathrooms and even a bathtub in one.

No breakfast. Rooms are dated but clean and functional. A bit too pricey for mundane accommodation.
