Value for the food - not only in Constance but generally in Seychelles - it costs a lot to eat/drink but the quality you get is only fair.. One evening it was so bad that at the end they didn’t make us pay. Although I should highlight their Nest and Diva restaurants are maybe the best ones in the island. We didn’t get the Half Board package only because we wanted to try other restaurants in the island - and we did - but none was worth it :/. Seychelles is a paradise on earth but they really need to review their restaurants and services in general. P.s in Constance Lemuria the service was amazing 🥰

An exceptional stay from beginning to end. Constance Lémuria is a beautiful resort, but what truly sets it apart is the outstanding level of service. The staff were consistently warm, attentive and genuinely committed to making our stay special. Even when we experienced an issue during our stay, the way the hotel handled it was remarkable and demonstrated what true five-star hospitality should look like. The resort itself is stunning, with a beautiful pool and an easily accessible private beach. The suites are exceptionally spacious, even in the entry-level category, and we particularly appreciated the excellent housekeeping and evening turndown service. The spa was also excellent, and Diva Restaurant deserves a special mention. It is far beyond what we would normally expect from a hotel restaurant. The tasting menu was excellent, and the wine selection is truly impressive. Overall, what we will remember most is the service. Problems can happen at any hotel, but the way a hotel responds makes all the difference. Constance Lémuria handled everything with exceptional care and professionalism, and we left extremely impressed.

Only a few minor points: the shower water could have been hotter, the coffee at breakfast comes from an automatic machine rather than being freshly prepared by a barista, and we experienced an issue with the air conditioning. However, the hotel handled the issue exceptionally well, and none of these points affected our overall excellent impression of the resort.

Pool was great, but that‘s it

The worst 5 star hotel we have ever stayed in. It is totally overpriced for what you get and you really feel that you are just a number there and not treated what you would expect of a 5 star hotel. It should not be rated as a 5 star hotel at all. The communication, efficiency and the processes are pretty outdated. When we arrived they mentioned that all the a la carte restaurants were fully booked the next 3 nights and the only option was the buffet. They proposed us a late check out possibility since our flight was at 22:00 and the day before they just mentioned it is not possible. There were alot of ants in our room, especially in the bathroom on the lavoratory. The food at the buffet for dinner and breakfast is not 5 star, max 4 or even 3. Quality is low, we had always ramaining eggshells in the omelette and also fried eggs. As soon as you leave your table to get some other food the birds fly there and jump on your food. So the remaining days we had to order food at the bar or room service. Quality also very low, all fried stuff and nothing fresh. The air traggic of the Praslin Airport is really annyoning. They fly directly over the resort for arrival. We had a couple request, such as reservations for a la carte restaurants, late check out, etc., nothing was fullfilled. And for a 5 star we expect that the staff tries everything to fullfill the guest expectations. But to be honest they didn‘t seem to care. It seems that they don‘t have to stand for that.
