We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return! The place is very spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful garden and a huge balcony that was perfect for relaxing. The location is ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet only a few meters from the sea. What made our stay especially memorable was the hospitality of Dimitri and his family. They are incredibly warm, kind and thoughtful hosts. Whenever they saw us, they would bring us little treats, which was such a lovely personal touch. They also changed our sheets during the stay and made sure we had everything we could possibly need. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of from the moment we arrived. A beautiful place with genuinely wonderful hosts. We will definitely come back and would highly recommend it! ❤️

Great location, near to the beach, local tavernas & shops. Very clean, well equipped. Superb owners. So lovely and friendly, helpful with local knowledge and we’re happy to help us when our flight got cancelled

Villa Phoenix offers highs standard service. Good location, quiet environment, close to the sea, shops and restaurants. The room was big, clean and well kept, with a large terrace. The garden is beautiful and the host is very nice and polite. I will recommend this place to my friends who wants to visit Zakynthos.

Great location, great room. lovely gardens, very helpful owners,
