I like the fact that this hotel is really close to Tarapoto's downtown. The price is considerable fair and goes along with all the service they provide. Breakfast and food were great, I reallly liked the restaurant. Wifi signal was very steady. Really clean instalations and very helpfull staff.

During my stay i did a lot of work on my computer, so i spent hours sitting on a small desk my room had. However the chair was really uncomfortable, too hard for long sittings. They should consider change to soft surface chairs, since some people won't like doing computer work in the bed. Also, one of the recepcionist didn't respond to one of my good morning greetings. I wanna think that "maybe" she didn't hear me, but it was a little odd. I didn't want to make a big deal out of it so I did let it slide. However, other guests won't take that very lightly. And also, I couldn't enjoy the pool they have, since the only chance I had time to do it, was on my last day of stay, on a saturday, I ask one of the staff what time does the pool opens that day, he said 2 p.m. Check-out was at 1 p.m. and my flight at 4 p.m. but I only mention this as a anectode since I understand that the new regulations may interfeer with pool schedules.
