location is great

Room situation was not great as owners and all guests park right outside the door and walk past it to garage several times a day. Room was poorly decorated with cheap looking old furniture. Stained Ikea mattrass. It looks more like a dorm room at a camp ground than an upscale property and now the worst part is that it is next to the garage which produces some high pitched humming noise that comes and goes and makes it impossible to sleep. I find it overprices and no privacy whatsoever. bad paint job in room and bathroom. Overall super bad experience

The accommodation met expectations and was spotless and comfortable. The hosts are kind, friendly and very helpful, with fluency in several languages and the breakfast is superb. I particularly appreciated the pool, the garden area and the location close to the beach.

Fantastic location just 100 meters from the beaches. Outstanding breakfast. Exceptionally friendly staff. Everything is done with a lot of consideration and with love.

The villa is situated on walking distance from the sea and restaurants in the quite part of Sainte-Maxime. It is nice to pass time at the pool after a day at the beach or to relax during the day. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and they serve a great breakfast. If needed they can drop you at the center of Saint-Maxime or at one of there favorite restaurants :)

Breakfast was amazing every morning, swimming pool was warm and clean and the rooms were extremely comfortable. It’s also super close to the beach and a range of lovely restaurants. Monique and Leon are so lovely and helpful and couldn’t have done more to help us enjoy our stay. Can’t recommend enough.
