Die Lage war perfekt, ruhig dennoch schnell in der Stadt zu Fuß. Die Anbindung zur Autobahn war gut.
Tiefgarage vorhanden. Kleine Küchenzeile mit allem was man braucht. Nette Terrasse, mit zwei Sonnenliegen.

There are very clean room, great view, comfortable bed and stable wi-fi connection.
Very nice and helpful host. Apartments located close to the city center (all schops and restaurants in 5-10 minutes) but not in the center which is good if you would like to get some sleep at night. I recommend it :)

The apartment was excellent. We had there everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. In case we needed something it was arranged in "minutes". AC in each room, good TV, fast and stable WiFi. Panagiotis is probably the best host owner we have met in years of traveling. He was always available and ready to help and was giving much interesting information which made our stay more fun. He really cares about making holidays as comfortable as possible. The cleaning staff is also very friendly. The apartment was kept clean and fresh the whole month we stayed there. It is located on a hill with a great view. It is a quiet place. Shops, fruits market, and self-laundry service are very close.

He welcomed us with useful information about everything we needed to know.
There is a service of cleaning every 2 days, so everything was clean for the whole stay.
You have all the necessary utilities to feel comfortable. It is very spacious, the bed is comfortable.
Located just a 5-minute walk to the center, so it is not isolated, yet you don't hear the noise.
When we do return to Cyprus we will most definitely go to this place, and I would recommend it to anyone else as well.

Located a bit out from the main clubbing street, which was nice and quiet. Room was small, but comfortable. Shower pressure was good.

Very good location in a quiet area, yet at easy walking distance from the centre with restaurants and shops. Our room was located at the back of the building, with no significant noises from outside, and perfectly quiet at night. Private covered parking. Spacious apartment, very clean. Frequent cleaning and change of towels and bed linen. Modern bathroom, looks newly renovated. Comfortable bed. Well functioning airco. Balcony with seats and a drying rack. The host was very friendly and helpful, gave us a lot of useful information.
It's not a luxuriously furnished apartment, but given the low cost and all the positive points mentioned above it is certainly superb value for money. The only negative thing worth mentioning is that the stone floors allow to hear footsteps from the room above. This is a common occurrence in many hotels and it is not normally an issue for us, except that in this case the person residing above us got up rather early every day and for some reason walked around for hours. Just bad luck, at least it was always quiet during the night.

the apartment was very nice and spacious. Towels, small kitchen equipment but absolutely adequate, air conditioner in living room and bedroom, working small fridge. The owner is very nice. I recommend!

Most importantly it was indeed a clean and comfortable room at the second floor as we have requested. Also the receptionist was friendly and willing to assist us happily. Free available Parking spot underground and no noisy residents.

We booked 2 rooms for a period of 3 weeks. The stay was exceptional. Rooms were clean, cool and comfortable, and there was no noise from Ayia Napa at night!! Parking was available which was a real bonus. The use of 2 pools were an added benefit. Panagiotis was fantastic, as were the staff. Thanks for the stay and we wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Panagiotis was a very friendly and above all helpful manager! He told us some nice places with his information!! I can more than recommend this apartment! The location is only a few minutes away from the bars and party area. Pantachou Beach is about 10 minutes away. I'll be back for sure and I can only recommend it to everyone. The studio is very nice and has everything you need. There are also parking facilities on site. Definitely more than 10 stars!

The manager, Panagiotis, went over and above to help me during my stay…including helping to coach me on how to start my hired moped. Having stayed at 1 more place prior to this, and another now, I can honestly say this was the most comfortable bed, has more choice on TV (2 English speaking channels), and very pleasant and efficient cleaning staff. There is AC in the living area and in the bedroom and they run on quiet (great for when you sleep, if you need it on in the bedroom). The rooms, when windows and doors are closed are very quiet and most of the neighbouring noise is blocked. Kitchen facilities meet all needs.
The only ‘dislike’ about the Napa City Apartments is a ‘me issue’ (yes I am a Karen 🤣🤣) - I hired a cycle only to find that my belief I could cycle up hills (as I raced and used bikes for years) was untrue! I have arthritis in my knees. so i would recommend thinking about the hills, if you have mobility issues (this is in the information provided about the apartments). There was nothing to dislike about the facilities, the manager or his team

I spent a month in Napa City Apartments and this is one of the best places I've ever been to. Is very clean and well looked after. Great location, within walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants and the city centre. And staff is incredible friendly, always smiling, and go above and beyond to make sure you feel like at home. Wifi was excellent, I worked remotely and I never had any issues.
I would recommend that place to everyone and I'll definitely stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay at Napa City Apartments. The apartment was spacious, with nice comfortable furniture (iron and ironing board
too and air con).
The room has a balcony overlooking a lovely area.
The location is superb, 5 minutes from the main strip, town centre and 10 minutes to the beach.
The apartments are also close to restaurants and supermarkets. There are 2 charming Tavernas down the road.
The hob did not work.

The apartment was very nice an clean. The location is very close form city center, bus station and harbor. It is a quaiet street. The landlord was very considerate and gived us a lot of advices about the location and what it is nice to see around.

Very good apartment, with all required facilities. Situates in quiet part of Napa center, with place to park a car on the ground floor. There was a balcony with a view to highway and sea.
I'd take a look at the sink at 204 room bathroom - seems it requires a care.

Everything was as expected. It was my second time here, different room. It was quiet and comfortable. Very close to city centre, many taverns, bars and stores in 5- 10 min walking.
A bit fairway from the beach and an air conditioning machine would be useful in the living/kitchen as the one in the bedroom sends the air directly on your pillows.

The apartment and the building itself were very clean all the time of our stay. The towels and sheets were changed frequently.
The accommodation has all you need.
The location is perfect - just a 5-minute walk from the centre and bars and yet you are in a quiet area, no noise at all at night.

The staff is incredible, always there to help and very kind, there is a very cheap laundry service, the room cleaning is every two days (and they wash your plates and glasses too!), there is a big pool, the location is perfect, near the night clubs... Everything is very, very good.

Tidy little apart hotel with a very helpful and friendly staff and great location. Bars and restaurants and non-stop groceries are in a few minutes walk, many opportunities to have fun but the noises of the city center are not disturbing.
We would choose it again!
