The view of Ullapool was really nice.
The tray had nice offerings.
The location was great for all the bars and restaurants in Ullapool.
It had its own car park plus parking or unloading/loading out front.
A few flies - midges?
The shower was a bit small and I kept hurting my toes on it as it jutted out into the bathroom.
Recommend offering temp use slippers to guests as the bathroom tiled floor was so cold.
Curtains not great.

Great location and exceptional communication and information provided ahead of our stay. Massive bed (King sized) offering great views over the loch.
Some facilities a little tired but this didn’t detract from the enjoyment of our stay.

Staff should have made back door entrance obvious as has to walk all the way around the streets to get into front door from car park with heavy case!

Very obliging staff and pub grub good. Excellent loch views from our 3rd floor.
An old property decoratively tired. Lacking attention to detail e.g. broken shower head, overflowing ash trays outside, especially back passage to rear car park.
