Nice location. Nice grounds.

We didn't meet the host but needed to talk to her when we arrived because I booked the wrong accommodation. We wanted a bed on gound level but realised that we had booked a tiny house by mistake and the bed is up a shallow loft, up a too steep ladder with one of the rungs unstable and a board at the head of the bed that was way too weak to hold anybody in case of a fall. It took the host at least 1.5 hrs to get back to me and she was not helpfull ,rather aggressive and not solution oriented. If the host had been responsive, all would have been fine in the end.
