Location is good - it is not far from the beach, city center, or "party" street. At the same time noise from the partying street was not noticeable. We used to have an apartment on the 17th floor which had a nice city view. Balcony was facing East and therefore it was sunny during the breakfast time, but in the afternoon and evening, when it is very hot, sun was not hitting the balcony - that was very nice. Grocery is around the corner. Private pool is within the territory. Great place to stay if you are looking for a comfortable apartment, but not looking for a luxury.
The building itself is not a new one, but the apartment has been well maintained. There was a minor hiccup with our water heater, but that was fixed promptly and there was no inconvenience with that. We missed hair dryer.
