The room was great, and the staff very friendly. Good location also.

Wifi was terrible. 2 to 3 times a day had to ask front desk to reconnect our wifi.

The facility wasn't ready as the air conditioner needed to be replaced and fridge was unplugged

Needs remodeling and tv listings were not that good. Noise was bad and the club crowd was screaming and yelling for hours. We did enjoy the food. Parking was bad and limited. Lots of bugs in room and wasn't cleaned very good.

Excellent and upscale location in the city center The room is very clean and the room service is excellent and fast The internet is very fast and the air conditioning is very good I would like to thank all the staff at the hotel, they are very kind and quick to respond to requests and a classy treatment The reception staff are so friendly I felt like they were my family I love them all Thank you hotel staff and management and we will be back again soon❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
