This was my second stay at Bristol, and I chose to return as the relationship between cost and comfort is absolutely superb.
This year my room was upgraded (free of charge!) and I loved the sea-views from the large balcony. The staff are always incredibly polite, friendly, and capable, and the level of cleanliness is very high.
The hotel is located at the top of a fairly steep hill but the shuttle-service works very well for those who don’t fancy the climb!
All in all, a fantastic experience and I’m looking forward to going back soon!

My Fiance had been in hospital for back pain and this was an unexpected stay over in Ischia. The staff were excellent and provided food in our room as she was unable to attend the restaurant and were generally very accommodating 5 stars for the staff and their understanding for the situation we were in
No issues with place at all. I suppose if someone had reduced mobility they would struggle to get to it via walking but shuttles are available for free to the local town

Staff is super friendly and helpful, the room was always very clean and the view from the pool area was amazing! The Shuttle service was also very convenient.

Great 3 pools and the whole outdoor area,and the view to the sea.Very pleasant staff, Rafaello especially very kind, and the guys from the hotel shuttle can recomand a lot of things arround to visit on the island. Very good dinner with local specialties, to be chosen from many variants and booked from breakfast. Excellent cleaning services too.
The hotel bar had limited opening hours.

The friendly staff above all (special mention for the receptionist, but the manager is a friendly guy too). They upgraded our room for free and offered us a complimentary massage session. The two swimming pools are great, especially the “Roman” one with thermal water at 35 C.
The bathroom of our room needed some renovation, but all in all it was okay.

The atmosphere of the hotel is amazing, the staff is very very nice and we were also veary pleased with the shuttle that takes you to the two nearest cities. The whole trip was a very nice experiance!

very nice hotel with a little spa and a nice swimming pool. country like. we had nice view and on Saturday they had a swimming pool party and a live show. excellent value for money.

The swimming pool was great, the balcony and room were really nice and the location was really good! The hotel also had a free shuttle bus which was great
The location on Google Maps isn't accurate so it is quite hard to find on arrival, the breakfast was ok
