Jakov / Smaic was exceptional to make us feel welcome.
He met us at the shuttle bus terminal and carried our suitcases to the apartment, as both my spouse and I had injuries. He was also kind enough to assist us with our baggage back to the terminus after check-out, and would not accept our financial remuneration of gratitude. May God bless him and his family.
Our studio had a great view of the bell tower, the studio was ideally situated.

Excellent location in historic centre. Good for seeing historic Palace when the crowds have gone. Wonderful views of Bell Tower and Cathedral.
Very little we did not like. Because it is in an old historic building, apartment is up a few flights of stairs, so not wheelchair accessible - this is in the property description.

The staff were very helpful and the property was “compact”
Great confusion as the advertising property states palazzo and Bella vista. These are two very different properties and the photos do not make clear which property the guest is choosing . The studio was so small in comparison to the palazzo apartment. The photos do NOT provide an honest reflection of which apartment they are selecting as indeed they don’t gave the option.
