The comfortable bedrooms

Could have been better equipped. No soap or hand wash which is an essential item for hand washing.

Breakfast was good.loved the location.

No lights on outside stairs of building was with elderly family members and they struggled seeing steps as it was dark and was raining

Lovely location good views of the lake and Eniiskillen. Great to have a lift and it was quiet

Mattress was too firm for my liking and the main bathroom didn,t have a proper shower.

Apartment was very clean and spacious…perfect for our wee dog as well as my family… Had an issue with boiler but this was resolved very promptly… It’s only a 10 min walk into Enniskillen shopping town…

On arrival the apartment was freezing as boiler wasn’t working..I feel this should have been checked before our arrival as we should have been arriving at a warm homely apartment..We had just come off the stairway to heaven mountain walk with our 4 children and we were all cold and wet… I rang hotel and it was resolved very quickly tho.. Also when I asked on the phone if we needed to bring our own towels the receptionist told me to bring some just in case as she wasn’t 100% sure which is fine but she did tell me there was a hairdryer etc…I had to go out and buy one as there wasn’t 1 available so it would maybe help if receptionists had a list of stuff that is available at the apartments
