In previous reviews some guests have written about the poor condition of the access road. OK, true, but it is nothing to worry about and anyone can handle it with careful driving. And this accommodation is really worth it. It has a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere with fantastic views of the countryside. We enjoyed both the quiet mornings at breakfast on the terrace and the view from the pool. The location is perfect for trips to the surrounding area. Every day was different, in a moment you were in the Zingaro reserve, in Segesta, or on the salt pans between Trapani and Marsala or in Erice. Really a perfect place where it is worth spending not just one night, but as a comfortable and peaceful base to explore this corner of Sicily.

Great room and facilities

Nothing

It is located in a remote area with a relaxing drive up through winding hilly roads (but drive carefully). On arrival you are met with a quality property, ample parking (on their own grounds), beautiful landscaping, and a view so beautiful it cannot be described. It touches the soul. Don't go to party or take noisy kids- the area and everything there is about serenity. Dinner menu has a good choice, and the continental breakfast spread much better than the average provided elsewhere. Have a glass of wine with dinner, and drink the morning coffee. All good!

There was nothing to dislike.

Stunning, peaceful views and a beautiful pool setting. Food served at dinner was fresh and genuine, but not abundant.

The room lacked basic comforts such as a refrigerator, TV, mirror, coffee machine. Without any warning, we were charged extra for every towel change. Breakfast was very basic. Service by hosts often lacked a smile.
