I truly think this is the best place to say as a foreigner coming to Delhi, especially for the first time. The location is perfect and it’s easy to walk to local restaurants, and travel connections are easy to navigate. The welcome was so warm. We were given chai on arrival and Pankaj took the time to give us lots of recommendations for things to eat and see in Delhi. Also, the room was large and well maintained. We were offered new towels and a clean daily. Everything was thought of. He even helped us with our taxi to our next destination. Pankaj was always available and his hosting was above and beyond. The rest of the staff were also super accommodating and helpful. We had a phenomenal stay and will definitely come back if we are in New Delhi again!

Owner Pankaj is an extraordinary host—kind, educated, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He can tell you exactly where to go for breakfast and dinner, which UNESCO heritage sites to visit, and what not to miss in Delhi. He even took us in his car to show us around, which was such a lovely gesture. The house is spotlessly clean and the hospitality is fantastic. I enjoyed my stay so much that I booked again for another day. Don’t look for better accommodation—just press the button and book! Highly recommended!

Good location, incredibly friendly and helpful owner, great value for money

The reason of booking this place should not be just about the comfort of the place but the overall treatment by the host, Pankaj who went above and beyond to host you. He was proactive in making sure you arrive safely, provided all the recommendations and tips about the area and India in general, and abd we looked forward to having a chat with him over a cup of chai masala after our excursions. The room is spacious and has all the necessities needed. Pankaj provided cold drinking waters which we really appreciate given the hot weather. Wish we had more time to spend in this place but Delhi has so much to offer. The place is also a stone throw from several markets and Block M. A lot of eating places nearby which also cater to locals and tourists.
