nice
quite far from station

We were allowed early access. Comfy beds, excellent location for Eurostar station. Staff helpful. The hotel is much better than a lot of the negative reviews. A bit of maintenance in the bathroom but on the whole a decent stay. The complaints about the rubbish in the neighbourhood can be said for brussels which is a dirty city.
The bars nearby were loud until late.
Brussels is not somewhere I will visit again. Go to Bruges or Gent cleaner and more relaxed.

Very good people & the hotel was very good
Getting there

The price was fine considering I have stayed only one night, sufficient to discover Brussels in two days, and also the location was not far away from the city center.
The toilet was clogged, and the water was sometimes shut off (I assume due to some kind of repair work the hotel should have given advance notice about).
