Very nice apartment on the hillside, close to lake Garda. The apartment is spacious with a great view of the lake. There is even a small pool in the garden with a view of the lake. We loved it :)

Traveling as a family with small kids, the location was absolutely perfect. In proximity to attractions and places of interest, but quiet and private.
We are a family of 4, kids ages 8 and 4, the apartment was perfect size for us.
Our apartment had all the comforts of home, including a washing machine - we could travel lighter.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, plenty of storage space throughout the apartment.
We had a partial view of the lake (and the pool) from one of the bedrooms and our living room was facing the mountains - nothing to regret!
Very nice place with very nice people.
The only down - the water heater can be somewhat noisy at times. but you only notice it because it's so quiet all around :)

in one of the bedrooms the beds were arranged so that one was upstairs - this is definitely not a good option for couples who want to sleep next to each other, it is rather a suite for parents with 2 children.

Check in was between noon and 3:00, if I'm not mistaken. We had a medical emergency and didn't arrive until much later in the evening. Valentina kept in contact with us and made arrangements for her mother to deliver the keys to us. We were super grateful!
It was particularly hot, and our room didn't have AC. It did have fans, which helped, but the fan in the master bedroom didn't work. So, I didn't get much sleep, but otherwise the room, accommodations, view of the lake and olive grove were all spectacular! Valentina was a super hostess! They sell their olive oil and wine there, which was a surprise bonus. And they had the sweetest property pup that my children fell in love with!

Very nice and quiet place. Staff, Valentina and her family, are very accomodating and always there if you have a question or a special request.
Place is very clean and ideal for small kids and families.
There is a bakery down the road, and a pizzeria up the road, all in walking distance.

Almost no privacy: your ‘personal’ outside dining area turns out to be pretty small (around 4 sq m) and uncomfortably close to other guests. The presence all around of the owners living in the same building (e.g. showing up while you’re eating).
No “Mountain view” / “Garden view” from the room: you see the roof of the house opposite the street a staircase or a column. Guests / owners / cleaning ladies may temporarily park their car in front of your ‘personal’ view.
The room doesn’t contain all items described in the booking on Booking.com: (e.g. no toaster, no washing machine, no "dressing room"). Despite having booked an apartment with a washing machine in the apartment, there was no washing machine. They didn't inform us until we explicitly asked and then they told us that our room (contrary to the other rooms in the same price range) doesn’t have a washing machine "due to space constraints". Instead we should use “their” washing machine in their garage, provided we asked well in advance but even then we couldn’t have access to it until some later point in the afternoon because the owners weren't present that day. At that point it was already too late as we were leaving the next day.
Small and unpractical kitchenette (in a closet) with no storage place (except in the fridge, which is in any event too small).
There were ants inside the room.
The guests parking area located a few meters up the road (on what seems the roof of another building) is very challenging (not for beginners). The children playground needs repair/renovation. The garden contains the typical retaining walls of this area but not all of them have a fence (which is dangerous for small children)(the one next to the children playground does have a fence). Also: this is not a pedestrian-friendly area (no footpath in this street).

Apart from the things mentioned before it is an extraordinary location and place
the mould and water dripping from the A/C (an engineer was notified immediately by the owner but we didn't stay long enough to see the resulst), the lack of a dishwasher and proper oven (minor discomfort), take mosquito repellant / traps in August

Olive garden with playground for kids and very kind landlady.
- whole night barking and growling dog in neighborhood that wakes you up several times during the night
- very steep entrance to/out parking lot, you have to be very very cautious not to damage front or back part of your car (in case of station/combi) small cars are OK.
