Great apartment for any stay in Santiago. Walkable distance to Barrio Italia, Metro etc. Good, functional kitchen. Staff were very nice.

No fan in the living room so it was quite hot and stuffy, even with the window open.

Location is in a good neighborhood. Staff were friendly and helpful. Clean and civilised.

One small air-conditioning unit in main bedroom, nothing in the rest of the place. A bit worn, an old fridge, chips and scuffs about the place.

The space of the room. It was great, great price, great location, great staff.

The staff.. super friendly and helpful. Claudio is one who shines ! I can't remember all the names but the front desk staff was excellent housekeeping was very kind..

No phone in room , safe did not work , view was of a metal roof top of another building no screens on windows ...definitely needs a fresh paint job...2nd room is tiny! No luggage racks. And the 1 TV is in the bedroom .so you can only watch if your in bed in the one room..it should be in living room..in the kitchen ,paper towels are not provided., water kettle was old. I did not want to use .. we had to ask for toilet paper everyday. We were 3 adults in a two bedroom ,oh and no bottle opener, the only one they had was in the lobby and so bad even a gentleman had a really hard time opening a bottle of wine Why I would consider going back is the Staff!! They were wonderful!!

Awesome location, 24hs door, very clean when we arrive (3 day stay so wasn't necessary to change towels and clean the floor)

They didn't take out the garbage on a 3 days stay, maybe because of the pandemic.

Everything. The people and manager were very good.
