The location is fantastic. Monticchiello is an extremely charming medieval village in a terrific location in Tuscany. The village also has several wonderful restaurants. The home is very comfortable and each bedroom has its own bathroom - a huge plus. The home also includes breakfast in Deb's restaurant and the breakfasts were delicious.
My only suggestion for improvement is including instructions on how to turn on the exterior lights. This could be done with instructions on a piece of paper left in the villa or a small note posted on the wall. We were never able to figure out how to turn on the exterior lights so could not sit outside or enjoy the patio in the evening. I also would suggest candles or small plugless lights that could be on the exterior tables to maximize use/enjoyment of these areas.
