Wonderful hosts. Very nice place. No breakfast was available but able to make coffee and tea and small fridge was in the room. Many nice places along. the beach front close to Art House to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Very much enjoyed our stay and hospitality.

The apartment was exactly as described. Around 60sqm with bedroom, living room, fridge, aircon, big terrasse, etc... I also read the reviews before booking the property. I saw a few bad reviews and I would like to address that. 1. Some say there is nothing around and difficult to find a restaurant. Well, before booking you need to make a bit research if you like the location, instead of complaining after. From my point of view, with the bus, you make 10 minutes to Marinella restaurant which is very nice, great food and excellent staff. you make 30 minutes by bus to center of Cagliary, as well as in the other side, to visit other beaches. 2. Some say the room was not private enough, expensive for what it was provided and that, with that money you can have a 4 star hotel. I wander which 4 star hotel will give you with the same money an almost 60sqm apartment with bedroom, living room with fridge, couch, big table, glasses, dishes all you need, a big terrace with another 2 person table and private sun beds? 2. Some say the host is a bit intrusive. I would ask the ones that made this comment how it is at a 4 star hotel where is full of people everywhere, from staff and the rest of 2-300 guests. Where is the privacy there? The hosts were exactly as it needs to be, always ready to help. They even organized for us a trip to Villasimius which is also a nice place to visit. I really can say, if you like a private place, not crowded with big space just for yourself, this is the place to be.

If you have a rental, the location is the best, as you can move around easer. For us, we traveled by bus, from this point of view it's a bit remote, but even so, there are busses every half hour (PF Bus), that can take you from the property to center of Cagliari in around 30 minutes.

a nice family who care about us. great breakfast and the pool is lovely. the dogs are so cute and the apartment is nice and modern. Carlo and his wife is so helpful and very nice.

everything is nice with an apartment. but you need a car, we could not eating in the nearest two restaurangs, you need to book a table….and there is any cleaning daily of tje apartment. but its not a big deal. everything is super great!

Very lovely hosts, great view from our room. My kids enjoyed the pool very much.

The family running the place was so friendly. They even gave us a small ride around the area just to get us familiar with.

Great hosts, right by beach.

It was a good stay, decent room- big balcony, very nice shower that is rather rare when you renting a room. Very decent breakfast which is not something that rather rare option in sunny places but here they have proposed above and beyond. Beautiful house overal, close to Cagliari city and airport if you look for the combination between two and have an ok beaches around.

There is nothing to dislike in particular about the property, however if you looking for something to be closer to some best beaches in South Sardinia i would suggest to go further out of Cagliari area. We needed to be close to airport as had early morning flight so it worked well, but i wouldnt probably spend full week of holiday there
