Size of room and location
Room 4 toilet was difficult to flush and shower mixer was very very stiff and hard to use

The location was exactly as promised - right on the water. We enjoyed beautiful views the second we walked into the living area/kitchen. Comfortable beds and so peaceful of an evening. The property is located right in the middle of delightful Akaroa - easy walk to general store, amazing boulangerie, the superb Ma Maison restaurant as well as the Madeira for gastropub dining. A more energetic option is the hike to the purple peak saddle overlooking the harbour (all accessible from the property - head straight up rue Balguerie). Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good value for what is provided. You can even enjoy a game of outdoor chess. Highly, highly recommend.

"Super Lage direkt am Meer mit phantastischem Ausblick vom Balkon. Sehr gut und gemütlich eingerichtet, separates Schlafzimmer, komplette Küche - wie in einer Ferienwohnung. Hier fehlt es an nichts."
