Fantastic sea view location, overlooking the port of Piran, with rooftop terrace. A perfect place to stay for our family of 5.

We rented the roof top apartment. The place is roomy, bright and clean. Terrace is super gorgeous! Guy, who did a check in, was super hospitable.

In one of the bedrooms the felling is low as it is located on the attic. The bathroom is located outside of the apartment in the next door on the stairwell, but stairs are private and we didn’t get any discomfort about it.

Modern apartment, full with natural light, good atmospher, new furniture and wonderful view to the see. Nice stuff and parking was cheaper via this place, we could pay the parking at the reception comfortably. I can just recommend it!

The taxi driver that took us from Ljubljana airport called the office, and very pleasant Elena came very quickly to let us in. The apartment was getting ready for us, but we could leave our luggage, and get out and enjoy Piran right away. The apartment is very nicely appointed and decorated with thought and taste; almost all essentials were included in the kitchen (I would add a teapot, tea strainer, and few more cooking pots of different sizes). We even had sugar, salt, some oil, and spices that are rarely available in apartments. I would encourage management to keep this gong, as this really makes a difference, especially when you stay a shorter period of time and you do not need to buy a kilo of salt and sugar. There was an abundance of towels and everything one needs, and we can get them to change almost daily. Doors and windows are new and one does not hear any noise from the street. AC works perfectly and we were enjoying the coolness of the apartment during the afternoon heat. The bathroom is very modern and everything worked well. The apartment has windows on 3 sides, and the views towards the sea and little harbor entrance are priceless. The location could not be better, and although Piran is a small town and one can get everywhere relatively quickly, it still helps that there are no hills to climb and that your nearest store is a stone's throw away. This was our 9th time in Piran, and this apartment was the best we stayed in so far.

We stayed 23 nights and during our stay, we had the access to clean towels almost daily, and our linens were changed very often; it would have been nice to be able to use a washing machine to wash our clothes and perhaps to have the floors and bathroom cleaned 2-3 times while we are there. Maybe I should have asked - and if I did, they would probably accommodate my request.

The top apartement balcon view was amazing, the suit was comfortable for 4. The city center is easily accessable. Totally recommend this accomodation.

The air condition felt a little dirty but there is nothing else to complain about!

Staff was very nice and compliant with all our wishes and complaints. The location is good and the kitchen is really well equiped.

Let me begin with a list of complaints: - the toilet smelled like public urinal and only after two cleanings by the staff lost the smell - the pillows are tiny and when finding the additional, it was used and dirty (they brought two fresh additional after complaint) - the drawers weren’t clean -there was some dirt on the floor left behind -the toilet and the equipment of bedrooms is way beyond the price - the pictures in booking.com site are misleading - you expect a terrace and only after studying the pictures one can realize there are 3 appartements and it is pure luck to have a terrace as part of the booking All in all - not worth the price. We booked well in advance and for a week, but i guess the short-term guests, although partying (once even the police had to intervene) are more important, since they provide more good reviews in shorter period of time. We, longer-term guests were put in the worst appartment out of three available.
