Next time I would think about hiring a car so that I didn’t have to walk hundreds of steps up and down to the apartment.

The apartment was exactly as advertised, It was super clean and the host were lovely people. it was a short walk to a bus stop and the views from the balcony were lovely. It was a 10/10 for me and I recommend it to anyone looking for a self-catering stay in Dubrovnik.

The view was incredible - this apartment sits atop Babin kuk, so it has the best view out of any rental you can find. The apartment was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. It was convenient having a kitchen to store drinks in the fridge and be able to eat some meals at home. However, we still ate out for dinner because there are some amazing restaurants in the area (specifically, Papillon is the best pizza we ever ate and in close proximity to this apartment). It was also very convenient to have a washing machine. Since we flew with a budget airline, we did not being very many clothes for our 5-night stay, so it was great to be able to wash what we needed. If you have a car, you can reach the old town within 8-10 minutes. We had a rental car, but we opted to use the bus instead because it was more convenient and it was included in the purchase of our Dubrovnik tourist cards. It was about a 7 minute walk to the bus stop and 10 minute bus ride into the old town. The bus came every 15 minutes. Side note - Uber is very affordable as well, so we took an Uber home after a night out, which costed us under €10.

There was nothing we didn't like about the apartment. I will say, however, there are many stairs to climb to reach the top of Babin kuk where the apartment is located (over 300 stairs). So, if you do not have a car and have difficulty climbing stairs, I do not think this apartment would be a good fit. My partner and I had no issues with the stairs and we actually enjoyed having a little bit of exercise to reach the apartment.

we liked everything about our apartment. check in was easy , Ivo our host was fantastic, the place is spacious light and super clean. Views were amazing and the weather was kind. we can’t wait to return next year.

247 steps down to the promenade but by god it keeps you fit.

It has a great view to the beach and it's near a small center with a lot of restaurants to have lunch/dinner. The apartment is really comfortable and Ivo is a great host :)

The only thing was that we didn't have hot water in the kitchen, so it was pretty difficult to wash the dishes. Other than that, everything was perfect!

The apartment is really really comfortable. We had breakfast every day in the balcony. Ivo was super helpful with us and even gifted a bottle of his own cherry brandy. If you are going by car make sure to enter using the second (higher) entrance, otherwise you will put your manoeuvre skills to test in really narrow alleys with 75° turns.

The beach is 500 meters on a straight line but in altitude is other 500 in uneven steps. So be aware, you might return by Uber.

The apartment was very clean and well cell cooled at the time we arrived. The view from the terrace is without doubt the best you can have at the hillside of Babin Kuk. The steps you have to take to the apartment are plenty but no problem unless you have troubles with your legs.

The apartment has no downsides.

Stunning terrace view over Lapad bay. Ivo is an incredibly friendly host, nothing was too much trouble.

Nothing - just be prepared for a walk up the steep steps every day when venturing back from town. Totally worth it thanks to the view over Lapad Bay.

The property has an exceptional view to the sea. Very confortable and close to the Sunset beach, which is very nice.

The only thing is that if you don’t have a car be aware that it is located at the top of a mountain, and to go down the hill there is a huge stair with about 247 steps. However that is the price You have to pay to have an exceptional view from the balcony.
