Excellent location, very close to Termini station. Very comfortable room, nice bathroom. Internet was working well.

Kitchen facilities were modest, better that just tea and coffe, it was possible to cook something but can be better. No microwave, bread toaster. Fridge/freezer was good and spacious.

WiFi speeds(Free to Connect): 53 Mbps download / 29 Mbps upload What3words door location is ///tribes.speared.moves Positives: Check-in was smooth with no issues. A welcome hamper was a nice touch on arrival. The WiFi was fast and reliable, great for uploading photos and general use. The biggest advantage is the location for the price — just a 2-minute walk from Roma Termini. There’s also a coffee pod machine available in the lobby area. Communication with the owner regarding access was excellent, and the bed was comfortable.

Negatives: There’s no bin in the room, only a very small one in the bathroom. The shower head needs replacing due to poor water pressure. Bedside lighting would improve the room, as it’s currently either the main light or the TV light. The window shutters don’t fully close, so privacy can be an issue. Although advertised with air conditioning, it appeared to be boarded up. There are also some holes in the bathroom ceiling, so minor repairs are needed.

It was little bit difficult for me to get us enter hotel because we are not used stay kind of hotel which doesn’t have reception desk in hotel but one hotel person instructed me in English very kindly and we could enter!

The location was excellent, and the room was cleaned every day.

However, the mattress was way too soft and it gave me back pain.
