Great rooms. Had a larger room for wheelchair access but no ramp to balcony.
Great rooms but no AC. Normally not an issue in Norway but it was 75° F and the rooms were hotter. Luckily I was able to get a fan but had to move it around. Shared balcony with other units lead to trash on my side. Heat lead to having to send out for ice too.

check in saatimizden 2 saat sonra odayı teslim aldık. 11 de oslo daydık, 15.00 da odamıza giriş yapmak istedik odanın hazır olmadığını ve ne zaman hazır olacağını bilmediklerini söylediler. uykusuz ve yorgunduk. lobi çok kalabalıktı, bekleyecek yer yoktu. 2 saat çevredeki bir kafede bekledik.

The hotel is right outside the central train station. The bar/food shop is open all day and night. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is small but convenient. The luggage storage was also handy. The self-check-in was easy.

The straff was very Nice and helpfull !!
There was no waterboiler in the room. That is a first for me. Having to go down to the reseption for every cup of coffie, negative. And the kind of " breakfast" , when the flyer in the room says that croissants is an option, They should be available. Plastic wraped "sandwich " with no flavour is not worth 70.- something. Very disapointing !!

Great little hotel, right near the train station which was just what we needed for a stopover to the airport. Lovely neat little room, great shower, comfy bed and soundproofed. Right opposite Østbanhallen which has some great cafés and restaurants and direct access to Central Station.

The location is excellent, the room is a little bit small for 2 people but clean. Self check-in was easy. The bathroom is good.
The bed is near the window and it blows a bit from it. The lights in the room are not bright, so it`s a little dark.

the receptionist who condescendingly told me that they couldn’t lend me a kettle for the room due to ‘safety’.

Receptionists pleasant.
The hotel had building work at the back, a complete building site meaning we could not sleep when needed before travel. The smell of sewage was in our room and the hotel was dirty and falling apart. No balconies either. We want a full refund as this was not as advertised.

Location right next to the main train station which was perfect for us. Very central, close to restaurants and shops and a straight line to the royal palace. Check in was super easy even though it was a self-service machine. Room was clean and comfortable.
Although not a big problem for us, the TV did not work at all.
