The property is in a central position, convenient to go to the station and also to experience the centre of Florence ( from the Museums to the churches and trattorias )
I cannot think of anything wrong at all

The room was very clean, spacious, in a quiet apartment. The building is situated about 5min from the cathedral, you can basically walk to all the touristy spots. We also could leave our bags in the kitchen after the check out, which was super nice !
Its located in the center, which means the street can get busy and loud at night

We spent the last weekend of the summer at this property in Florence. Overall, the apartment was very clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful, they even allowed us to check in earlier than expected, which we really appreciated.
We encountered a major issue with the air conditioning. Even though outside temperatures reached 38°C, the AC unit was locked at 27°C, regardless of what temperature we set on the remote (even when set to 16–17°C). Because of this restriction, we had to leave the AC running non-stop, including overnight, to keep the room bearable. Unfortunately, this constant airflow ended up giving me a bad cold after our trip. Limiting the AC to 27°C during a heatwave is not acceptable and significantly impacted our stay. Also the bed it's a bit to small and not so comfortable.

Perfekt läge och personalen hjälpte snabbt till om man hade frågor eller behövde hjälp med något.
Det var en liten hiss, vilket såklart boendet inte kan påverka. Men hissen fungerar väl och man tar sig upp och ner som man ska.
