The location, accessibility to the beach and the area for recreational activities
I seem to dislike the connection between the front room and the living room. Having to walk down a skinny hall way. But that’s just me being picky.

The location was very good and the size of the apartment was great. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. Thoughtful touches like the biscuits were nice.
The layout of the room was not great. The bedroom is right at the door with no expectation of privacy unless you close the blackout curtains and turn on the light during the day. The shower is small and with a curtain attached, was like showering at the local baths. To reach your room upstairs you need to walk past many potted palms which, if you’re carrying bags, smack you right in the face.
