The room was big, had a balcony, AC, the bed was very comfortable. There was an ensuite bathroom with a bath tub & dhower. The hotel is very close to the centre and also in walking distance ( 10 min) from the station. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Good value for money, good location.
Restaurant was closed in morning, couldn't take breakfast. Shower was without protective glass, water spill all over the floor.

The location is nice and close to the main street. The staff are really friendly :) The place was clean and smelled nice.
The bed could be improved, but no issues. The bathroom has only a bathtub.

Hotel is at a good location near the center and staff was friendly.
The mattresses was very uncomfortable 😫 we couldn't sleep well as the bed was with foam and was sinking.We found everywhere hair in the bed and in towels. The water was cold after one of us take a shower at less than 5 minutes and was not any more hot water.

Classic room but well equipped and really clean ( Air Conditioning, Sat Tv, Fridge, Balcony ). Garden restaurant with delicious meals. Warm welcome from the staff.

The room was clean and the heaters worked very well considering that we went at the end of November and it was cold. We had a nice balcony but didn't use it since it was cold. I think it's a great location for the summer, though!
The hotel is located close to the pedestrian area and close to a little playground for kids.
The beds weren't really comfortable as the mattress was very soft and you'd sink in the mattress.

Everyone was very friendly. They spoke english. Very good location. Near the center of Stara Zagora. Good breakfast. Very good price.
We stayed 4 nights there. Nobody came to clean even once.
We had to ask for toilet paper almost every day.
