Very pleasant stay and close to cheap food shops and great laundry service. Once I found right path it was easy walking to plaza and museums. The staff put up with me using kitchen facilities to make lunches and prepare dinners, and were efficient in booking me taxis. Had two excellent tours that wete well organised a
Having no TV to watch because a someone took the remote control, and being charged different taxi rates from city to hostel. A local lady told me it should be 7soles but I was charged 10, 15 and one at 25. Went on two tours that were well organised and good value for money.

It’s in a good location near to San blas. Clean. Hot water. Nice kitchen / breakfast area.
The lack of communication. Messages aren’t answered. I asked about booking trips and buses at reception but never heard anything. It’s extremely loud. I had to go downstairs to ask people to be quiet as we were leaving early. The walls are very thin.

It had a good location close enough to the main streets of Cusco. The staff were really friendly and allowed us to check in early after our overnight bus. Decent breakfast is offered, but there could be milk/yoghurt provided for the cereal.
We booked a budget room so you get what you pay for. It was very small with no room for bedside tables to put your things. Every time you turned the shower on the curtain got soaked and water ended up on the floor of the small bathroom, plus the water wasn’t that hot. There were lots of blankets on the bed however the room and building were quite cold - often it was warmer outside than inside.
