I gave the rating of 3 stars because the 1st day I arrived, the floor was oily, the table top was oily and the tray with coffee/tea facilities was also oily. Very strange. I went to the bathroom and the handheld shower head was oily too. The wing/tower I stayed at supposedly newly-renovated but there are signs of ageing. My room was not cleaned when I returned at 2pm. The team came by at about 4pm to do cleaning and I was already comfortably settled in. I told them it was okay. Most hotels I have been do cleaning in the morning so that other guests can check in by 2-3pm. Thursday night, I requested for hairdryer. Friday, no room cleaning. Saturday after room cleaning, I realised that the hair dryer was gone! I had to request again. Another strange practice.
