The customer service was terrible. Upon arrival my a/c didnt work. It took 4 days to properly fix it. At one point i had no running water. When the air was being repaired they had the audacity to show the condo while i was in it on my time!! Anyone can see that this type of service and incidents should warrant a full refund. The property refused my refund and offered a late checkout!!!!! I contacted booking.com several times and sent complaints and pictures. They told me to speak with the property, because the property refused my refund. I stated... i booked through you. What's the purpose of customer service if there is none. The agent said use the pay now feature to pay booking.com and not the rental property. How was i suppose to know this. Booking.com has lost a patron!!!

Location is perfect. Safe neighborhood. Close to everything. Quiet.

The condo was as described in a beautiful area secure area. The beach was never crowded, which I loved, food was delicious, any questions or concerns were quickly addressed. Great stay!! I would stay again.
