Very good restaurant.

Very good location, as clean as can be, friendly staff. The restaurant is a good place to visit even if staying somewhere else.

(a) All the staff were exceptionally helpful. We arrived in our hire car with a slow puncture and the receptionist, together with the restaurant manager, found a nearby tyre repair business for us. The restaurant manager re-inflated our tyre to enable us to get to the tyre repairer, where we had the repair done for 20 Levs (about £10). (b) One of us has mobility problems, so a room was provided for us on the ground floor, which was very handy. (c) The food in the restaurant was excellent - the best we had on our 10-day trip - so we ate there on each of the two nights of our stay. The prices were reasonable, too. (d) The waitresses were very efficient and helpful, and we would especially like to thank Svetelina for her care and kindness both in the evening and at breakfast. (e) There was no problem finding on-street parking outside the hotel and the area seemed quiet and respectable.

The only minor problem was with the en-suite bathroom to room 6; not so much because it was very small (which it was), but because the floor tiles were not non-slip and there were no grab-rails in the shower area, so it was unsafe for use by someone with mobility problems. Also, there was a persistent smell of drains (unfortunately a common experience in Bulgarian hotels).

Was warm in the room. Heated floor.

Tragic bathroom, no place to hang towel. Hot water only for one person. No curtain. No place to hang clothes. No glass, no tea... Breakfast was average, everything cold.

There is floor heating in the room. Mini bar in the room was stored.

The pillows could be softer, but that’s personal preference.

Wonderful stuff, great location, good bed, beautifully decorated room, with good eye for details.

Good Hotel, the room was ok, the food was ok, we have parking place.

The bed was like 190cm long, I was expecting to be 200cm.

Excellent restaurant, clean room

The hotel staff is extremely helpful and very kind. I really enjoyed the positive attitude of everyone there. The hotel is conveniently located a few minutes walk from the main pedestrian street. Highly recommended.
